Today we had a very lazy day around the pool and we have decided that we are the only people staying in this hotel and we had the whole pool all to ourselves. It was absolutely boiling today, probably over 40˚C and the coolish pool was a very welcome sight.

I have found that it is very painful to swim today and was only able to float around pain free, I must have done something quite serious in Chiang Mai when I came off the mountain bike. I guess this is a very painful lesson learned: "don't do dangerous things while on holiday, especially when you have 6 months to go."

In the evening we went in to town again for some dinner and to a few different bars to see what’s around.
