Thought your blog description was quite restrained! but yes, repulsive. Message to future travellers is go to Everest before going white water rafting! Polly, hope the bridemaid dress will still fit. Glad you seem to be managing a few more back packer delights before a good flight home.
Love Mum

I have to say, that latest blog is one of the most repulsive things i have ever read. Good work.
Looking forward to seeing you at new year.

I miss you guys! Well done you - sounds absolutely incredible. Have sent this blog to my mum as believe it or not she's taking a trip to everest base camp next year so will be interesting for her to have a read too.
oh and petey-poo - happy belated (very now I imagine) birthday. Hope you had fun. Just got back from a week in Egypt - diving was amazing, but nothing in comparison to your adventures. See you both soon xxx

Thanks v much for the postcard - hope you're both doing well!

Well done you two. A great shame that one of Pete's finest moments was spoiled by the "czechoslovakia 1976" look, but still an awesome achievement! Photo's make it look unbelievable...cant wait to here all about it! Take care!

Have just read the blog. I knew I was worried but didn't realise quite how right I was! What a wonderful experience and achievement. It sounds pretty taxing but you seem to have taken it all in your stride (ha ha Dad's joke). It was wonderful to speak to you Polly and thank you so much for doing that. We are stunned by the photos and by the figures - 5,500 metres is awesome and I am not surprised your bodies went haywire. Thank god for sherpas. Take care and watch out for rabid monkeys round temples in Katmandu - horrid. remember to try and eat a meatless momo (if they still have them) for me! xx
Rach
Glad you are back safe and sound guys - sounds like an incredible trip, well done! xx
