Have put some more photos up as I've got a bit more time to myself now. It's been quite hectic the last few days, moving from place to place.
Vic - Thanks for posting, good to see you're travelling with work too. Hope it's going well for you. Has MBNA Spain got a gym??

Hi Pete
Just a quick one to say hope that everything is going well. Your pictures certainly seem to be telling a good story of how nice it is out there. I am in Spain at the moment with work and then going to Toronto on Sunday, but that nowhere near compares to the fun you'll be having travelling the world.
Hope you've made loads of friends and are enjoying yourself.
Take care.
Adam
Hey Chief,
Before you left i remember we talked about chang mai, really glad you've had a chance to get up there and see it for yourself! If you haven't been already, recommend the temple at the top of the monutain-thingy and the elephant trek.. plus the thai-boxing (nothing compared to bangkok but can't beat a bit of mindless violence to warm the ol' heart!!).
Keep up the postings, checking out your travels with intense jealousy!!

Jule - I'm afraid the presents will have to wait until I get to South America, not got too much space in my bag!
I've arrived in Luang Prabang after a two day boat trip, met some more nice people. I'll write a new postcard and put more photos on when I get some more time, maybe tomorrow...
Ciao.
Jules
Wow, Chiang Mai looks amazing...but what the heck was Ronald McDonald doing there?!
I'm really jealous (not of seeing the clown though!) Make sure you keep up to date with the writing cos you're doing so much that you'll forget things - and we want to hear all about it...we want to live you're adventure!! (Corny?)
We miss you Petey, have a fab time - and bring me lots of presents! :-)

Never mind the coup, the main thing is..... did you get to see Riise's goal??!!
Jules
Hey Peteso!
You'll probably be leaving Thailand today to head North? Did you manage to get a picture jumping up and down on a tank?! People i've been speaking to have said that the Thai people are really friendly and there didn't seem to be too much resistance to the coup on the news, apart from George Bush -I heard him appeal for them to allow the PM back and I was thinking sush Bush, don't get them angry!! What are you're thoughts from being there?
We miss you already but i'm really glad we can keep up with you on here as long as you get your bum into gear and post your photos; I thought you were trying to palm the kangaroo in the sunset off as your's for a minute :-)
Have an amazing time, stay safe and speak soon.
Love Jules xxx
Pete

If you can not convince the thai's to lwt the PM back into Power, can you see if you can get a chance to talk to the PM and see if he is still interested in buying Liverpool, we could do with the money...
good look with the trek, I am interested in seeing what you get up to
oh and as Hol say's see if you can restore peace the world over

Couldn't believe that in the news yesterday, mate. Just about to go to Bangkok and they have a coup the day before! At this rate, Dubya will decide to drop a load of agent orange and napalm on Vietnam while you're there! I think your first job should be to restore democracy to Thailand, although it may take you a couple of days...
Actually, it looks fine and it's meant to be a great place, I'm sure you'll have a brilliant time. Look forward to seeing the photos and stuff you post on this site!
