This is Peter getting a haircut in Chateauneuf du Pape. We wandered past the barber on the way to the top of the hill - the old churches are always at the top of a hill. This one (church) was 13 century. We stopped at the barber and decided €12 for a haircut seemed ok. Each cut took about 20 minutes, give or take breaks for phone calls or trips outside to chat to passing motorists in the laneway. We were 2nd in line with one in the chair. We managed to translate a "number one all over" fairly adequately and left almost an hour later, still 2 others waiting. A busy man! Carol.
