Hi Everyone, Sorry it has been so long to set this up - have been very busy lying in a hammock on a beach in Fiji! Currently in Chang Mai about to set off on a 3 day slow boat (with no toilet) for Laos, where we will spend our time cycling and eating patisseries from the many cake shops, as it used to be French!

No major disaster incidents to report, apart from Rach's near death quad biking experience in Swaziland, despite Rach's pleas: "Its not me its the quad bike!"

Loved Safari the most so far, me and Pete were the only ones to see a leopard and all the rest of our whining American tour group missed it. Ha Ha! Had great weather in Fiji, but did not take to the "reknowned friendly nature" of the Fijians who all seemed to take a dislike to Pete and me, perhaps due to vegetarian requests and a lodge without lizards and snakes!

Just took part in a Thai cookery course today, eating and making Thai cuisine to our hearts delight, but started our malaria course at same time, which was not a good combination as nearly made stir fried vom instead of veg!
