Abbie - This morning we packed up and drove to Cook Town. When we got there we set up and then went to a café and had a very nice lunch. After that we went to the James Cook Museum. Abbie - We were up early to get ready for our reef tour that we booked with the Saunders. As we saw where the ship takes off we were so excited. We got on and took off. After an hour and a half on the boat we got to the pontoon where we pulled up and we were booked for an advanced snorkelling safari with Ruby and Fraser. Abbie - The sand was getting crushed as Granny, Mum, Olivia and I ran along the beach. As we finished running we went for a swim in the ocean, which surprisingly had one meter tall waves. While we were in the ocean it started to rain, so we got out and decided to drive to Port Douglas for the day. When we got there we had lunch at a restaurant and also walked along the beach. Abbie - We were booked to go to Kuranda. We went on the train upto Kuranda, which was a wonderful ride. When we got to the markets at Kuranda we looked at all the wonderful shops. We had Vietnamese for lunch and then rushed back to get our glass floor Skyrail and had a great view along the way. Abbie - What will be exciting today? Well Granny is coming on the plane up to Cairns! As we were driving up to the airport we were so excited! When the doors were opened and we saw Granny coming we were so pleased that she got here safely. We drove off with Granny and told here all about our trip.
