Hey all,
It has been a while now since we last posted a blog. We have been non stop on the go since Iguazu falls so here is an update. We travelled across Argentina to Salta and then into Chile again, to a town called San Pedro de Atacama where we took a 4x4 across the Atacama desert into Bolivia. What an experience!! The driest desert in the world with steaming gysers, snow capped mountains, pink flamigos and scorching hot pools in freezing temperatures all at 5000m above sea level. Then we arrived to the largest salt flats in the world and it absolutely blew us away. Take a look at the photos it was surreal! We then travelled up to Sucre and La Paz inBolivia and took he challenge of biking down the worlds most dangerous road....... we survived!
We then spent 3 days on the island of Sun in the middle of Lake Titikaka checking out both the sun sets and sun rises and great ancient ruins of the sun worship ceremonies they performed back then.
No we are in Peru and today checked out one of the world deepest canyons and watched Condors swoop over our heads. Tonight we are off to Machu Picchu and we are really pumped for it!
Were feeling great and definitely having the trip of a lifetime!
Take care all and we'll try to update sooner next time!
