We have spent another two nights at Edith Falls. It has given us a chance to slow down a but - well kind of, seeing there are some lovely walks to do here. Our days have consistent of a walk, swim, lunch, swim, rest, swim, dinner. The first day we did the Edith Falls loop, a relatively easy walk (2.5km) up to the upper pool (swim). Despite our disappointment with the camp ground and access to the gorge, the gorge itself is beautiful. We went on the dawn cruise this morning (which goes up two of the 13 gorges here at Katherine), and it was beautiful. Joel and Caitlyn spotted a fresh water croc on the cruise and as usual the rest of us missed it. We restocked our meat supplies and headed to Edith Falls (Nitmuluk NP - same as Katherine Gorge).
