We waited at Praslin jetty until around 1415, we then got loaded up onto the ferry, we sat up top were there was an excellent view. We'd taken sea sickness tablets beforehand, another excellent idea of my wife's. I would never have thought of it but the ride was very choppy.
As we made our way across I could've swore I saw a shark like shape in the water, closer to Praslin than la Digue.
When we arrived there were photographers, police and other odd people around to greet a guy who was on the boat with us, a celeb of some sort.
La Digue was busy, it's a festival day tomorrow, looked very exciting.
Again, we are treated like royalty, luggage carried for us and then inducted to our surroundings.
Our villa is stunning, real top class stuff with a bottle of champagne and a plate of fresh fruit and biscuits awaiting us!
Perhaps all the travelling had got to us but soon after having a coffee, we lay our heads down for a rest.
Dinner is at 1930 so we must start getting ready!
Dinner eaten and enjoyed. It was an Arabic theme tonight. Deserts aren't my favourite but oh god im so glad I tried them!
This evening we downed a bottle of champagne, my wife having the Lions share (she deserves it putting up with me). We played a few games of cards.
I enjoyed seeing all the Geckos on the way back, stunning! Just heaven for me! There are 3 species of Snake in the Seychelles and I'm determined to find one. The Wolf Snake would be excellent. So as my Wife finished off the last of the wine, I will say good night!
