18/08/2010Exciting times . . .I pretty much just slept during lectures and class, I ate soup at dinner time but an ounce of eating or drinking I just lived on the toilet. 7 out of 8 of us are ill with cold, s***s, parasites, food poisoning, you name it we have it!So after class I went to bed and just kipped, I couldn't get enough of the stuff. My bp must be ridiculously low I'm just dizzy and ready to collapse at all times. xx

17/08/2010Constipation for 8days results in . . .Yep my day off and I'm living on the toilet. So decided to treat myself through pity to a farmers breakfast, so unhealthy, its fried potato put into an omelette with tomatoes and onion topped with lots of cheese. But it went straight through me. I bumped into Darren who was really ill, which resulted in me after meeting up with a Turkish and Norwegian bunch for drinks, mine being mango juice living in my wild ways....

16/08/2010Something not quite right . . .Yesterday I had my massage, which was what I needed, I got a bit of attention on my stomach, you can feel the build of poo, it's rather disgusting! But hasn't helped with extraction. 15/08/2010Overdoing it . . .Back to feeling sick today, it was my intense 4hours of yoga the day before. So no yoga today, just film time.Darren went to the hospital, he has typhoid the poor b*****.I had a 'hello to the queen' for dessert, so weird but gorgeous, it's like biscuit crumbs like ginger snaps, layered with warm biscuit coated banana slices and ice cream with chocolate and some nuts.
