Arrived in Sintra yeaterday.
Had a delish dinner, Portuguese seafood soup served in a cob loaf.
Today we went up to Quinta da Regaleira, which had a gorgeous Palace, gardens, fountains, wells, and underground caves.
We then had an amazing 4 course vegan meal of dips and bread, tomato and basil soup, pasta, salads and roasted vegetables, delicious mystery tea and chocolate mousse. If I could cook that well, I would be a vegan.
