Jessica - Yeah, I can't say it's especially cheap, try to keep it around 250quid a week plus more for some trips and flights. I sold my car, altho that's running out. Soon on to my house money. It's worth every single penny tho. I don't want it to end! Your so right, there is more to life than the English lifestyle. I'm not dissing England, I think it's great - but there's more than u can imagine waiting elsewhere! Just Do It!!!

Nicky! It looks fantastic. I have had a look at the piccies and read your journal. Sooooo jealous! Sat in front of my compuer clicking and clacking my life away here! My daughter has been to Ghana doing voluntary work, then to Cuba (a holiday she won in a pub!). Seems like there's so much more to life then this! Did you win the lottery or something? Does it cost a fortune to do? Feel like putting a hammer through the computer screen and doing a disappearing act! Need to know more! How did you organise all this?

Still havin a ball! I love this travellin lark, it's one big party. I met loads of amazin people in Vegas, travelled to LA with Lisa, Chris & Joe. Met more people, namely John and Pete. Met up with the Welsh boys again in San Diego, as well as John again, and Dan I met in Toronto. In San Fran, met up with John and Pete again. Also meet loads a new people in each hostel, and have plans to meet up with some of them again soon. I'm havin such an amazin time - I had no idea it would be this much fun! 27hrs on Amtrak tonight tho - on my way to Vancouver and the Rockies - so excited!

San Francisco - Been to Alcatraz and biked over the Golden Gate Bridge. Its bloody cold here tho! Party in the Green Tortoise hostel by night! It's all good! Takin it easy today - i'm all partied out...

Ah, I love camping! Me, John and Pete slept on the roof of the van, under the stars - beautiful! Yosemite was really nice. Loved the hiking, altho I hav blisters and my legs are aching. Lunch by the water - very picturesque. Love cookin outdoors, drinkin by the camp-fire, and roastin marshmallows! Posh campsite - swimming pool and hot tub!
