Cheers from London!

This past week was amazing! We were very busy with a lot of activities and familiarizing ourselves with the city of Oxford. On Wednesday we took a walking tour of the city and got a lot of good information about the history of the city. I have a lot of pictures of the city- its very very very pretty. Thursday was a day at the Ashmolean Museum! We went around and saw many artifacts that ranged from Ancient Egypt and Greece to 20th Century Paintings and statues. There was a statue of Athena and an ancient tomb, as well as shot glasses from the 16th century! We all went out Thursday together and had a great night :) Friday, we went on a ghost tour of Oxford. This was very cool and funny. The actor tought us about all of the reported ghosts at Oxford and had us participate in his showings as well. Saturday and Sunday were spent in London! London is very cuturally unique and was a lot of fun.

London facts:

1) The air quality was terrible.

2) Dont venture into the Red-Light district too far.

3) The fashion is wayy ahead of the US.

4) The changing of the guard is very very cool.

5) Go to as many different pubs as possible, we hit 8.

6) Fish and chips in London is a must.

7) I saw more Ferrari's and Aston-Martin's than I could've ever imagined. I want a Aston Martin DB9 badddddd!

8) Hyde Park is awesome.

9) Go see the Tower of London and Big Ben.

10) Wait in line to see the Crown Jewels...I didnt :(
