Cairns to Melbourne (home)

Cairns wasn't too exciting after all the pretty places we had been on our travels. I persuaded Nick that after the last three days of rain in the camper a hotel was needed and the hot bath and comfy bed was greatly appreciated after our big trip. The way home was trouble free, thanks to our housie Joel for arranging us the best seats on the flight and giving us passes for the Quantas lounge at the airport. Nick made good use of the free food...

Since being home we have settled back into Melbourne life, teaching and hockey as usual taking over our day to day lives. We're looking forward to Nick's parents and sister coming and planning some exciting excursions with them. We're also saving hard in preparation for a big New Zealand/Asia trip on the way home.
