With some January sales already started and all others beginning today we got a bus to Bondi Junction and walked around the malls and shops. Nick has wanted a pair of Quicksilver board shorts so we went around each of the surf shops to see if they had the pairs he's been looking at in the sale. In one of the surf shops I found a beautiful, 100% leather purse. I got some money for Christmas so I treated myself to the purse and the rest will be put towards the trip...

**Happy Christmas** When we woke up this morning we were annoyed to see a completely grey sky!! It was meant to be sunny but instead it was overcast and looked like there was going to be a storm! We enjoyed cheerios for breakfast and opened the stocking my mum and dad had sent us. The chocolate coins and jelly beans were much appreciated! I also got a mascara, knickers, hair ties and nail files! We had music on in the apartment and after stockings, breakfast ...

The forecast was right again, it was rainy and stormy all day but they're still saying tomorrow is meant to be clear skies and sunshine so that's all that matters. Nick cooked us a proper maccaroni and cheese for dinner, it was delicious. We cuddled up on the sofa with mince pies and some chocolate whilst watching a film and then prison break! Getting into the Christmas spirit!

Just as the forecast had said, today was completely overcast, we had a storm and rain. Not fun when you're staying near all the beaches of Sydney! It's meant to be the same tomorrow but then good on Christmas and Boxing Day . . . . fingers crossed!

We got up and had some brekkie and then got the bus to Bondi Junction. We had a quick walk around the mall, a lot of January sales have started now. When we went past the huge pet shop I fell in love with a puppy Jack Russell, Nick fell for the puppy Golden Retrievers, they were little balls of fluff and so cute and bouncy!
