Had a pretty relaxed day today, did some washing and enjoyed the sun in the garden. I also rung the Neighbours Tour people today and have booked us onto the "ultimate" tour which not only goes to Ramsey St but also the external sets. We are going on Saturday, can't wait!!

We decided to head into the city today. There isn't a great deal of things to see in terms of sights but we wanted to have a walk about. We walked to the train station, about a 15-20min walk and got the train to the city center. The buildings in the city are beautiful, lots of gothicy old buildings. With our bus to Melbourne tonight we spent the day packing and cleaning the apartment. We've had a great month living in Sydney, we just can't believe how quickly it has gone! We are both going to miss the apartment, with its beautiful views and location as well as having our own place but time to move on and fall in love with another place! As soon as the fireworks ended, with a fantastic waterfall of fireworks off the harbour bridge, everyone started charging back towards the gate, the race was on for the public transport home!
