We started the day with a walking tour around the art deco area, looking at all of the buildings. Whilst working our way around the map we came across Miami Ink too!!

Once we'd finished the walk we went and checked out the beach - white sand and clear blue water, it's gorgeous! We walked along the beach with our feet in the sea looking for washed up coral and sharks teeth.

We went back to the hostel for lunch and also tried uploading our Vegas photos but the computer wouldn't do them, agh! We then walked more inland to Publix, a big supermarket where we got a few bits and bobs. It was quite a long walk but we got to see quite a few more art deco building on our way which was cool. It was a nice walk but it was soooooo hot today, we stopped for an ice cream on our way back.

In the evening we decided to do the art deco tour again whilst it was dark so we could see the buildings with all their neon signs lit up. We also walked along the beach, really nice with a huge full moon reflecting in the ocean.

We saw the funniest thing ever on our walk back along the sea front; a dog was jumping up a palm tree, grabbing on to the leaves and swinging on it trying to pull it down! It was so funny, we were watching this dog for ages, she wouldn't give up! Her owners said she goes crazy over palm leaves and she does it every time they take her out!! She got quite a crowd!
