Higlights of the weekend being near world war 3 when scott clashed with some southampton ppl friday night, Big D nearly writing off his car with me spicy and rachyb in it, and spicy and myself taking some rather bad drunken tumbles in the walkabout in pompey! duncan and i did some stair diving back at home after the night out, its a sport that should defo be in the next olympics! i still have not recovered from the career threatening injury suffered a a cpl of weeks ago so the "corporate pouch" is continuing to grow! me and rachyb went theme park day before my birthday - 2 bizarre things happened - firstly i received 2 video text messages from "winky" one of you laying half naked on the floor - the other of sallyp and friends loving the camera, they seemed well excited about something!?! the second thing to happen was rachyb being sick on a ride next to me! haha i dont think she has has heard the last of it either! big brother is startin tonight - defo gonna beat the pants of deal or no deal - everyone is excited for it, and peter crouchs missus is a truly hot potato, how did he do it!? must go now, i have food to eat. keep on trucking. x x x x adi x x x x ps tell woodsy that palace are terrible, leeds r goin up and next year the saints are coming!

Luca had just done sats and is having his football presentation next sat, Luigi has been up since 6am went to work and then is shovelling earth into a dumpper truck and looks fed up. Lloyd you're a right jammy b@stard with the course mate, still good to hear you're no longer making the most of your sports science degree by doing a bit of plastering, getting down the bookies for 2 and home in time for Deal or No Deal. How's that going by the way? Has anyone been on with a good game plan recently? It's all about the timing I swear. We went to a full moon party last night, but I'm sure Winks will tell you all about it in his next geeky journal update. One thing that might get omitted from the journal is that the other night I couldn't find him in the club, so I went home, he wasn't in bed so I looked in the bathroom and he was comatose on the bathroom floor. Alwight lads! Your adventures are sounding pretty sweet and the photos look awesome, your bit of thai takeaway looked well tasty (you know what im saying nudge nudge wink wink, weyhay!) Rather than get a real job ive decided to get back to college for a bit to complete my fitness instructors course. Its supposed to take a year to do, but my local valley college have decided they can fit the course in over a three week period?! The guy down there also talked me through some scam involving the welsh assembly and the benefits system, meaning I get the whole course paid for and a bonus for signing off at the end, awesome. In a moment of madness ive also purchased a job lot of t-shirts off ebay on the cheap, they are being shipped in from asia somewhere so if you happen to pass a child labour camp just stick your head in round the door make sure im getting my moneys worth cheers boys. Alan sugar can look out ill have my own bbc documentry soon im telling you.
