Oxford/ Stratford upon Avon/ Cambridge: Day 7.
Holy moly, it's hard to believe I've been in Europe for a week now.
Today was yet another, jam packed super busy day. We got on the bus and left London this morning :( We drove allllll the way to Oxford, WHICH WAS SO COOL CAUSE WE GOT TO SEE SOME HARRY POTTER STUFF!!! I didn't even know it was coming, so you could imagine my reaction when our guide pointed out that the staircase that I was standing on was the very same one that Prof. McGonagall was standing on the very first time we saw her in the first Harry Potter movie. Anyway, so we toured the college, which was absolutely gorgeous (can you say transferrrrrr?) and some of the surrounding areas. It was a really fun little town.
After lunch, we left Oxford and went to Stratford upon Avon to see where Shakespeare was born and also to go to Anne Hathaway's cottage. The cottage was definitely my favorite part because the garden was to die for. There were SO many flowers, and it just smelled like heaven out there. After that, we got back on the bus and came to Cambridge, which is where I am now, writing this in the hotel room. Everyone is at the bar, but I'm exhausted, so I think I might just get in the shower and get to sleep! We've got another busy day tomorrow (what a surprise), so I've gotta get some rest!

Barbara Cox Aren't the thatched roofs amazing! Love your comment on the flowers. The English will have a garden on the smallest properties and I suppose the flowers love the cooler, damp weather.
