The photo above is of the front of the house that we will be moving into. As with all these things, it is easier to move into a house that has already been approved by the Embassy. We observed this from those coming to Canberra from USA to study here. Thanks Karen, Tera and Christie.

It looks like the kids will be able to play cricket in the front driveway.

We have had our dental appointments. I failed and have to go back for more work. The kids passed but need to see an orthodontist. Guy passed. Start good teeth cleaning habits for your kids early.

So tomorrow I head to the dentist. We also have our medical in the afternoon. The kids don't miss out on school as they have a pupil free day.

I started having conversations with 2 real estate agents, although only one has made an appointment. Must want my business! I am interested in how much we get, because that needs to cover my portion of the mortgage.
