That's my favourite place in Bourgas. It's huge, there are a lot of monuments, statues, flowers, cafes and it offers great views of the sea. It is narrow but very long as it is situated along the beach.
The top part of the Sea Garden, overlooking the Old Beach and the Bridge, is dotted with various classical-style sculptures and busts of local and national notables. If your tastes are more contemporary continue down past the open air theatre where you'll find some interesting modern pieces by artists.
The Sea Gardens overlook the city's beaches and pier and are dotted with little cafes and restaurants, which apparently the locals call "kapani" which translates as "traps". These certainly are "traps" in the sense that they are too tempting to stop off at for a beer and a snack.
