Went to visit 3 phi phi islands today on a speed boat tour.. Thankfully the rain managed to hold out and the sun was shining... It was brill! Definitely the best day so far. The islands are absolutely stunning. We visited this cove surrounded by huge luscious green mountainous islands.. The sea was sparkling turquoise and the deserted sun trap was mesmerising.. Certainly a postcard view. We stopped over at a couple of island beaches and the sand is really soft and White.. Simply beautiful! Although we kept seeing warning signs..'exit this way in the event of a tsunami'-just what you want to see! We also stopped off for snorkelling and the fish completely surround you. James managed to lose his sunglasses after diving in before taking them off his head! He also left his rain coat in a bar yesterday but managed to recover that today. He seems to be having a real streak of bad luck. On top of that he decided he really needed a man bag like rich's and keeps forgetting it and leaving it in bars.. I think he is losing the plot! James and rich felt they needed a second thai massage today after the speed boat journey..honestly the driver was crazy..we were sat up front and kept getting the full force of the boat crashing against the waves. We finished the day going to a bar down this side street where all the lady boys are.. It is unbelievable how much they look like woman.. We kept asking the bartender for confirmation. It was intriguing, and you can't help but watch them. This particular one is still in the process of changing.. He looked like a guy in drag with a really bad wig! Loved it!
