View from Bromo crater of the neighboring volcano.

This morning we got up at 3am to watch the sunrise over Mt. Bromo. We stayed in the village next to the park, in the mountains. The landscape of the village was quite beautiful, and reminded me a little bit of Peru. There were farms everywhere, growing cabbage, onions and corn. It took about an hour drive to reach the observation area with bumper to bumper traffic. There were many tourists there, including some locals. We watched the spectacular landscape appear...
