After our French McDonalds lunch, we headed for Nonant to the Drakkar Chocolate Museum. We got a bit lost so were a little late but we enjoyed a tour and talk all about the origins and making of chocolate. We all enjoyed the package if sweets we were all given - délicieux! Later we headed over to Caen castle and had a walk through the town, before returning to the hotel for spaghetti bolognese.

Next came our bowling trip. We got into teams, ready to do battle. Miss Saisbury won her game, Mr Butler won his and Mrs Kelsall came second to last (even though I cheated!). It was great fun and finished with birthday cakes and sparklers to celebrate Matty Williams's birthday - Happy Birthday Matty! We arrived back late at the hotel, tired but happy.
