HEY ... firstly i just want to say thankyou so much for all of you who are checking this .. i really appreciate it and i hope your all well !!!
my 3rd blog, here i go ...
we got to Accra then it all began ...i started of doing induction lessons to do with Ghana, learing things like dont use your left hand becasue it the hand your sposed to go to the toilet with, how to stay even more safe and the general history of Ghana. One thing which is apparent throughout Ghana is there pride in there country and there countrys independence!! It's amazing to see that even thou everything is not perfect there still 110% proud to be Ghanaian and ALWAYS have faith. I then went and did african drumming and dancing which was wicked, really hard but amazing.. the dancing wasnt really molly freindly as co-ordinating my body gracefully never really clicked with me lol
Next we went to Kasapin , my home for the next 9 weeks... i love it , i absolutely love it , sharing my room and bunkbed with Tehmina and Shauna and i couldnt wish for anything else. We have flushing toliets and a shower so in my opion i feel like we have 5 star accomidation.Im not on holiday im here to make a disfference! As Gandhi once said "Be the change you want to see in the world."
I had my first maths lesson too ..haha.. it was intresting lol the kids loved it , i was nerves at first but when i got over the language barrier it was kool , they couldnt stop staring at my hair ( which is day by day getting lighter!)
The only dodgey things which has happend really is i got Malaria, i went to the clinic with sypmtoms and took the test when it came back positive it was surreal espically since my sister Daisy said to me the day before "I was watching sports relief and malaria is so serious Mol, pleas pleas dont get it" but its gone now :D:D:D:D:D they gave me tablets and im fine so i cant really complain i just drown myself in insect repelent 24/7 lol
i feel settled in , all my clothes are unpacked, mozzy net up, im now a pro at hand washing my clothes and this place make you refelect on everything .. i feel excited for my time left in Kasapin to continue making a difference for the fanstastic people Kasapin btu also excited to make a difference in my own life back home...
lots of love from Molly xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Dad Hi Mol good to hear you feel settled in now. Remmember the day when we sat on the sofa and looked at the possibility of volunteering? You've always had a special Mollyness that just just needed pointing in the right direction. It seems you've found the the best way to focus that Mollyness and the people of Ghana are benefitting with mathematics? Who would have thought it. Go Girl go. Dad n others.

Dave Sounds like you've had a really good first half our kid.Suck on an orange and finish the job in the second half! I'm sure the good people of downtown Ghana are appreciating your presence.Food,shelter,grub-easier said than done much love Dave xx
Steve P Hiya Mol, first of all WOW!..Second, you are a superstar and you are inspirational! Third, I'm so proud of you & what you giving to others! I've read your blogs and to say I'm impressed is an understatement...many dare to dream others make it happen!! I'm glad that I didn't know when you had malaria, otherwise I would have been on a plane to mop your brow...I might have known you'd shrug it off and carry on in true Molly style. The experiences are going to be at the very core of who Molly is and map your future...The children do & will appreciate you for ever, you're so special, always have been. I'll be thinking of you every step of the way & will follow your blogs with enthusiasm...Love you Mol, proud of you, keep up your essential work, Steve xxxxxxxxx
