Another Broomball day! We were up at the crack of dawn and off to the arena. We played the last game of the regular round robin and beat Miyabi Japan 3-0. We ended up in 2nd. The play offs are a bit different in this tournament. We did a round robin with the top 3 teams. We played our two games today with a loss to the Aussie Gold team. We outplayed them again but they found the back of the net and we lost 1-0. Then we played against Sakura Japan the top rated Japan team and we beat them 4-1. Assuming Aussie gold beats the Sakura Japan team tomorrow morning we will be playing in the gold medal game on Saturday against the Aussie gold team. After three games of Broomball today everyone was pretty wiped. A few of us went to a tea ceremony where they showed us how they made tea and then we made some of our own. I hope I sleep tonight after all the tea I have had! Tomorrow if all works out we have the day off and will head to the mountains to explore and find some hot springs.
