Its midnight, I'm 10 floors up and leaning out of my balcony to connect to the wifi streaming from the other side of the street. The internet in my apartment, apparently, will be connected during the next week. Not sure who I need to bribe...

In 4 days I have managed to;

spend hours wandering aimlessly

order 5 cappucinos & 1 americano

1 slice of cheesecake (unintentional)

drink half a bottle of vodka (intentional)

give up on a dozen skype calls

get through a dozen conversations consisting of nods and shrugs

fix my washing machine (without help)

shop in 3 different supermarkets, each time returning with little more than juice and cheese??

And, sleep on a fold out couch.

Not too bad eh?

Think I'll get along just grand here.
