Melissa's & Gemma's Travels
Wow Cape Town, what a city. To be honest you could be any where as it was very normal driving in! Although it made me realise the fact that Africa is still a 3rd world contry, so many shanti towns around. Just cast iron huts, not like our council houses ( they should count themselves lucky)
We have been up Table Mountain, which is amazing the view is something else. You can see the whole of cape town, Robben Island and the cape Penisula! Unfortunatly the weather was great down in the town but up that high the cloads took over. Cool walking through cloads though!
We have done the city Tour, which has taken us to Camps Bay and Sea Point, and the water front. All really beautiful.
A winr tour was our 1st day's itinery which we were sipping champayne @ 10 in the moring! Tried all sorts of wine, even red ( Jason's dad will be so proad). We tasted cheese, chocolate, and saw cheetahs at a santury.
We spent the day down the water front today, and went to the Aquarium. Touched sea irchins and a star fish!
We are going on the Penisula tour tomorrow. So should be good. We are heading to Outshorn tomorrow where they have an Osthrich farm.
