Looks wonderful. The colours! I clearly remember all the steps in Sorrento. You must all be very, very fit. Look forward to having my personal slide show in December. Love to all, Bev

Hi Bev!
I have just realised that I can write a reply! Having a fabulous time in case that isn't apparent from the blog. Always so many beautiful things to see. We have recovered thank goodness and are eating extremely well! Plenty of pizza and Caprese salad and pasta. Very high carbohydrate load, lucky there are so many steps!
We shall have to have a slide show next visit.
Love Gem xx

Hello darlings (plural)
I am back in Sydney after my adventure north, and have read all the blogs. What sights (and sites) you are seeing: one amazing thing after the other. So glad that the dextrous David manoeuvred the vehicle safely, assisted so ably by Gareth and Pablo. (What a wonderful name is Pablo!). Thank you, as always, for the detail. It is fascinating. You must be so looking forward to Capri and those big lemon granitas at the top of the stairs.

Hi everyone. Just caught up on reading your blog as have been away up in Sydney for a few days and didnt have wifi access for my iPad. Sounds as if you are still having a fabulous time. But all those steps! You must be fit or have very sore and aching feet and legs. Hope you girls have recovered from your bugs but all should be ok with your resident doctor with you. Happy exploring. Are you eating anything else than pizza?

Sounds fantastic! Lots of refreshments needed I noticed. Malta looked fascinating but very hot and dry. And all those steps. You won't be needing to go to a gym. Happy exploring.

Your father has just read your latest blog aloud to me while I ate my rolled oats. The famed church of the Knights of St John exceeds all expectations. The beauty is breath-stopping. Completely breath-stopping. Thank you for the details of the church and the tunnels, and especially the photo of the medal awarded to the people of Malta. It brought me to the edge of tears. And wouldn't Lily have been intrigued to hear your voices? Don't you just love dogs?

I am really enjoying reading about all your travels. Sounds fabulous. Great photos, too. Enjoy yourselves.

I am really enjoying looking at the photos. So much light and brilliant sun. Each day must be a 'clear, clean sweet day in a good world in the midst of (your) living'. And what about the apple lemonade? A glorious drink in a good-sized glass. Bravo!

Three stentorian cheers! (Wasn't Stentor a Greek?) The writers are capturing the adventure once again. I have looked closely at all the photos and read every word of the entries. Thank you for the rich detail. I was so interested in the architectural details, and the information about Athena. I learned about Athena in Year 10 Art with Mr McDougall. I see how a
Athens is so different from Rome. (PS I got straight into the blog, thanks to Amber's clever little trick. Your father is on a conference.) All the best for tomorrow.

Loving the blog! Keep it going, and the photos! Continue to enjoy your adventures!
