So a quick first entry----then I need to be sleeping. So greetings from room 311 in the Lovely Hotel Indigo (no I am not being snarky----with the exception of the lack of free breakfast)---this place in sweet!Okay so if you know me well, you know that for the last 3 years on and off my almost dead in the water theatrical career was revived y a lil phenomenon called CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES.....and I have been hoping to be part of the touring world.

Well, here I am on the first National Tour of the 3rd installment, the holiday version, AWAY IN A BASEMENT. So, hard to believe that already 3 weeks have gone by (and still Bristol Palin dances) since I pulled an all nighter and had my sweet mom take me to the airport at 3 am to fly off to the Twin Cities to start cranking this one out.

We are almost to the end of the most tedious part of ANY CBL experience, the rehearsal......but here is the most, as always, unpredictable part of any theatrical experience.... a sick actress. Our wonderful cast member, Lisa, who is no stranger to CBL or the world of CBL TOURING has taken very ill, and will be out for out opening weekend. So the CBL X-mas swing, Andrea (no not Ms. Andrea Moore, who was already called to duty this year) will be flying in. It will be an adventure.OKAY----so we are in Buffalo till Fri eve, and after that we will experience our first BUS NIGHT.....which is just that, we sleep on the bus overnight while our wonderful driver, the living legend Miles Cooper travels overnight.

I need sleep, and this is already longer than I wanted it to be (and that's what she said)....
