Tuesday 15 July 2008 Nice one hour flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui. Arrive at Baan Haad Ngam Resort at 9am and get told the room won't be ready until 1.30pm. The reception staff were nowhere near as nice as those at the Sofitel and they didn't have a room available as checkout was not until 1pm. Monday 14 July 2008 Bangkok Taxis Arrived at Bangkok International Airport at 6am after departing from Brisbane Airport just after midnight. It's a 9 hour flight. Bangkok is 3 hours behind.
