The weather is now sunny and I have had a chance to walk around the village and meet some people, though my French isn't amazing, the extent of conversation didn't go much further than hello, how are you?
We ventured to the site of the WWII house which was over grown with brambles. Managing to get to the barn we discovered that it was more over grown than we first thought. After 30 minutes it was decided to give up, I took a few pictures but nothing to shout about.
Later on today we are going around a locals house for dinner which gives me a chance to capture some more social interactions. The language barrier has been difficult and people have been a bit weary about what i'm doing, due to the fact that I can't really tell them it makes it a bit of a hassle but generally it's not been too bad.
