Now for my next late instalment...

I arrived in Hobart airport having been chauffeured at both ends. Lint gave me a lift to the airport at Melbourne after kindly allowing me to stay in his house nearby, then Callie picked me up from Hobart airport, meeting her husband James as part of "The Great Car Shuffle". We went into Salamanca where the Taste festival was being held, and Tom and Chloe pounced on us and we spent some time eating and checking out the boats coming in from the Sydney-Hobart and x-Hobart races. Wild Oats XI had already packed up and left. What a sociable bunch.

I had the pleasure of free accommodation overlooking Hobart and Constitution Dock and we spent the evening with a good few beers at the taste festival, meeting some of Tom's friends in the process. Good times.
