Ruth James says he hopes you're enjoying the Asian sunshine and hving a great time while he is in mourning over Newcastle going down (hahaha!). On the bright side now they are in the championship he will be able to go and see them play against Cardiff! Xxx

Helen Hello!!! Mum is here and has finally seen your blog although I have to say, Mathew don't worry about Bertie not recognising you, mum didn't recognise the sound of her only born son on the phone this morning!! She will be coming over weekly to check out the updates but you emailing her direct is probably best. Well, another bank holiday and James working again. PC Rin not showing signs for this shift tonight so another weekend with a cheerful hubby! Mum and I are off for lunch now. We are both jealous and wish we were there. Hope the flight to Asia is good, let us know when you land (if you don't melt before finding an internet cafe. Tell Kati that frizz ease doesn't work in that kind of heat, you may have to find a Thai equivilant!! Anyway, must dash. Love to Both, Mum & Helen xx
