We woke up early this morning to go to the bakery and eat in time for our first planche à voile (windsurfing) classes. There are two others in our class- a guy from NYC and a girl from a neighboring town. They're both a few years younger than I am. We slept in today and woke up to a classic Collioure breakfast- a huge pastry that I think was deep fried and definitely covered in sugar. And I thought donuts were unhealthy. We left the house at 4:00am and slept in the car while Jean drove us to Collioure. I can't say that I slept too much, but the ride wasn't bad at all.
