After a 4am start in Australia we arrived in New Zealand and headed over to the camper van hire centre to get our van! They didn't have the one we ordered available, a Britz elite, so upgraded us to a Maui ultima! We watched the 'how to' DVD and signed all the forms and got on our way - only Martin couldn't get the automatic into gear! Five minutes later and we were on our way blaring out the tunes as Mart brought CDs!!! We were heading to Lake Tekapo, stopping off for dinner once on the way!
