Well after the relaxtion of the Town of 1770 I got back on the bus and headed to a cattle station a bit off the coast in a place called Kroombit. Had another day of surfing in Byron Bay, which was great and this time had a shorter board. This made it easier to get through the waves but harder to stand up, although once stood up it was far better to control. I only surfed in the morning though as needed to keep my wounds dry.
