Up at 7.30, fluffed around had breakfast, then hired a boat from a local, cruised down past Riomaggorie, calm sea, beautiful day, 30-35°C, not a cloud in the sky. Swam in about 8metres of crystal clear water then cruised back and had lunch bobbing around in the sea and fed the seagulls our left overs much to their delight! Got back to harbour at about 2pm, and just chilled out for the afternoon, with the compulsory gelati stop of course! Had tea at recommended restaurant, had foccacia bread which originated in Cinque Terre, very delicious, with smoked tuna and swordfish. After tea climbed hill up to the statue of St Francis of Assisi overlooking the harbour and watched all the boats coming in for the night, another beautiful sunset, will be sad to leave this place tomorrow.
