Currently I sit on my bed in my dorm in Cairns, looking out over a pool. Yep, this is a hostel with style, and you need that pool here too. Uluru makes me feel special, in the couple of days that we are here now. Like I wrote before, we arrived tuesday, by plane and car. I'm feeling rich, so rich. Our hotel is part of the Ayers Rock resort, and oh those beds are so nice! They're not maybe like the beds in the Rotterdam player hotel, but the rooms are just as nice, and the breakfast is amazing too. just a short update today to let you know we made it to the red hot heart of Australia. It took a flight of 2.5 hours and a drive of 5.5 hours but Tess and me made it to our Desert Gardens hotel, not far from Uluru. The wifi here is very slow in the room, so hopefully I can write tomorrow a longer update. It's great fun to be on the road and to feel free.
