Today we took it easy. I left early and went by a couple malls and then met Marge and Noel at Starbucks by the YMCA in TST. We then went over to the New World Center and looked around and then took the ferry over to Central where we caught a bus back to Stanley. On the bus we met a young brother and sister from France who now live here. Later we met up again on the waterfront and they went with Noel shopping and beach walking. Time has sure flown by. It doesn't seem like two weeks is coming to an end but the day after tomorrow we leave for the States… and from what I have been hearing, not much better weather. 6/18/09Ill say it again - ITS SO FREAKIN HOT!!We went to the equivalent of a zoo (in the middle of the day; the very hottest, most humid part.) I'm not usually a fan of zoos seeing as how I have on in my back yard but this one had the jellyfish museum thing and giant pandas. So I really liked it. Tuesday we went to visit Hong Kong International School where Max went to school around 1967. It has certainly changed! I think it is in the most beautiful setting you can imagine for a school. They even have faculty apartments overlooking this beautiful setting. Other apartments rent for around $7500 USD a month! Nice perk for faculty! Hmmm! We enjoyed shopping in the Stanley Market, much nicer and cleaner than downtown HK shopping streets. Prices comparable. ...

6/16/09I cannot believe how hot it is!! Holy crap!! Its actually hotter in the morning, then around 3 it starts to get cooler, and by 4 its actually kind of nice outside; in a humid breeze, not very nice but tolerable kind of way.
