Hello everyone,

I thought I'd keep you all updated about my latest adventures...

well, everything has now settled down. We have a nice hostel, which is in a good area and its like a real hostel with lots of young people, who generally sit around relaxing and drinking. Free tea all day, so in true englishman style, I haven't stopped drinking it.

We went ice skating in an outdoor natural rink yesterday and last night, saw the sun go down and continued skating until nick fell head first onto the ice! ouch! the ice rink is literally on the lake, and overlooks the harbour, and is beneath the CN tower... so it was really surreal!

Anyways, went up the CN tower today and it was amazing, got to stand on glass floor which looks down to the ground, its 1500ft high (147 stories), so was absolutely petrified when standing on it! I'll upload the pictures soon, so you can all have a nose.

Also, went to a castle today... didnt think it would be my sort of thing, and going there confirmed it! Feel like i havent done as much walking in all my life, but loving every minute of it.

I'll keep this blog entry quite short as I am very tired and feel worn out after a really heavy drinking session last night... spent a fortune, don't remember getting home and was sick in the morning... terrific!

Plans for tomorrow includes going to the zoo and maybe some ice skating as was loving it yesterday.
