Welcome, everyone, to Budapest the capital of Hungary! We arrived earlier this afternoon after an incredibly unremarkable border crossing from Slovenia-- hadnt realised we were even through the border until TL Stace jumps on the mic to say we were through. Not even a stamp and I think most of us (well me anyway) thought it was just a toll booth.

Anyway so yup, Hungary. Huge amount of info needed for this country but lucky for me Shae had done an incredible job on her facebook notes and Ren lent me his history summary so I was able to wing it by going off those- defo owe them both a drink when we're back in London!.

So far all is well, again the theme is the same- little sleep, good food,, great company and a lot of learning. Add to the mix half of us have got a cold and one of us has either chickenpox, an allergy or the plague, and it's business as usual. I can't remember the last blog I entered so starting from Day 1, we have covered: UK-France-Paris-Switzerland- Lauterbrunnen- Lucerne- Italy- French Riviera- Antibes- Nice- Monaco- Monte Carlo- Verona - Venice- Florence-uhmmmm-Rome- Ancona- overnight ferry to Greece- Igoumenitsa- Albania- Tirana- Croatia-Dubrovnik- Zadar- Slovenia- Ljubljana- Hungary and into Budapest. We're here for two nights then across to Austria, Vienna before covering Germany, Rhine Valley, Czech Rep, Netherlands and I'm sure more but can't remember them all at the mo. Heaps to go but we're now well over half way. I've decided once I know how much time I'll have in London when we get back, I am so jumping on wotif and booking a hotel somewhere in London which has a bath. Yay, baths.

So, what else is new on the MandyMoo front? Uhm, tonight we have driving tour practice for Budapest, it's a big trip so needs to be done properly and as not too many TD tours go here we're all desperately trying to get it stuck in our memories for next time. Good luck everyone! When we done the same in Paris I think the latest night was about 2 or 3 am. Barcelona's latest was around midnight 1am... we're aiming for midnight at the latest tonight hopefully so as long as everyone keeps up Stacey's standard it should be fine. Fingers crossed. Yup.

Ha, here we go again-seems every conversation I've had since late March has included only info on spiels, cities, countries and general info..... think we might need a rule that between the hours of what ever and such and such, nothing training like allowed. I shall make it so.

Anyway since I can't think of anything to talk about except country and city info, I'm off to continue studying up on Budapest, Austria and Vienna!
