MIAMI TO NEW ORLEANS
27 hour journey ahead of me as my taxi pulls up to miami greyhound station as usual (with my new given ticket - yey!) as per usual i politely go to the lady on the desk and ask for a ticket for the next bus my answer is some b****y erm noooo answer stupid fat ghetto wannabie with no f***in manners, im hoping by now that shes been sacked or even better a greyhound bus knocks her down. Nehow so i have to wait about 3 hours for a bus and get talking to this rather different fellow who is setting off 3 hours after me and will get to orlando the same time gutted! So my bus is due and my new found friend frank asked to borrow my lighter which is of course no problem until my bus comes and i need to go get it back off him and guess what hes only bloody using it to light his crack pipe 'would you like some?' No thank you!
So get to orlando to wait to transfer to another bus not been there 10 mins until bang some crazy woman starts hitting the security guard and tryna steal his gun so his security buddys come to help, the best thing i hear next is 'damn you got tht s*** on camera yeah you see what they do to me?' Shhhh girl im already tired and scared for my life in this bloody bus station :( so as im sat in all this drama i feel a strong grip on my shoulder and its frank from miami grabbing me and pulling me out the middle of it all...never really thought of tht oops!
I finally get on my bus to new orleans which i am quickley told is not prenounced new orleans but norleans crazy americans half way there i bump into a fellow heading to the exact same hostel as me so we get chatting and hes from seattle (probebly the first american ive ever met who was actually travelling in america- nice to see) nehow hes called eric and in norleans just a day less then me my first drinkin buddy yey!
After lots of chatting and a slightly tiringtram journey we arrive at the hostel and at 27 hours on the road and 7pm a shower and sleep are definently calling me!!
