Ollaan nyt siis toista paivaa pariisissa. Eilen oltiin taalla jo aika aamusta, kun paastiin pikapikajunalla vahan yli parissa tunnissa tanne. Hostelli oli kuitenki semmonen etta sen huoneet on kiinni 12-16, joten heti jouduttiin lahtea riehkasemaan pitkin kaupunkia vaikka kovasti vasyttiki (herattiin sunnuntaina ennen kuutta jo). Kaytiin eilen kattomassa sita tolppaa vai mika antenni se on… siis eiffeltornia. Se oli iso, kuten odottaa saattaa. Ei kuitenkaan lahetty niille tasanteille, kun oli niin iso jono. Koetetaan huomenna onneamme, jos ei olisi niin pitkat jonot. Sitten kaytiin eilen myos Notre Damea kattoon. Ei nahty Quasimodoa…So we are in Paris for the second day. We got here pretty early yesterday, since we got here with a superfast train in little over couple of hours. The hostel was the kind that has the rooms closed between 12-16, so we had to go wandering about the city in the first minute although we were pretty tired (we woke up before 6 am). Yesterday we went to see the pole.. Or antenna or whatever.. Eiffel-tower. It was big as expected. We didn't go up though, the queues were too big. Well try our luck again tomorrow, hopefully the queues wont be as big. And we also went to see the Notre Dame yesterday. We didn't see Quasimodo though… Tanaan ollaan kans oltu turisteja. Kaytiin Louvressa!! Kun paasi sinne pihalle, tuli semmonen olo, etta ei kerta kaikkiaan voida menna sinne, se oli valtavan iso pytinki. Mentiin kuitenki ku ei ollu isot jonot. Olihan se pikkusen komia paikka, kunnioitusta herattava. Jalkeenpain sit ajateltiin, etta ei ole varmaan tullu koskaan oltua niin vanhassa rakennuksessa. Maiju kylla hoksasi et no meidan hotelli on varmaan viela vanhempi Xb!!Today we have been very tourist-like. We went to Louvre!! When we got to the yard, we had this feeling that we simply cant go in there, coz it was huge. We did go after all, since the lines weren't that bad. It was a handsome place, you just gotta respect it. Afterwards we were thinking that's probably the oldest building we have ever been in. Then Maiju thought that our hostel is probably way older xDLouvren reissun jalkeen paatettiin kayda ostamassa liput (ajoissa) seuraavaan kohteeseen, joka toistaiseksi on vain Espanja. Ei meinattu millaan saada lippua pois Pariisista!!!!!!! Ensin piti odottaa liian kauan, ja sit ei meinannu saada palvelua englanniksi, ja sit lopuksi viela ei loytyny junaa milla olisi pasty…. Kun vasyttaa, niin oli lievasti menna hermot! Ensin meinasi maksaa yli 60euroo, ja halvemmista ei enaa saanu paikkoja. Kuitenki sit saatiin istumapaikat yojunaan Iruniin torstaille joka on Espanjassa, ihan rajalla, parin kymmenen kilometrin paassa San Sebastianista. Saa sitten nahda, mennaanko kaymaan siella, vai suunnataanko jonneki muualle, ei olla viela paatetty. After the trip to Louvre we decided to go buy tickets (in time) to the next place, which for now is just Spain. We didn't almost get a ticket away from Paris!!! At first we had to wait for way too long, and then we almost didn't get anyone servicing us in English, and finally we almost didn't find a train to take us where we wanted. We were tired so we almost kinda lost it right there :D At first it was gonna cost over 60e, and cheaper ones didn't have any seats left. Then finally we got tickets to a night train to Irun on Thursday. Irun is in Spain, right on the border, about 20 km from San Sebastian. Well see if we go visit it or head to somewhere else, we haven't decided yet.Meidan hostelli on vain noin kilometrin tai kahden paassa eiffeltornista, mutta metrojen kaytto on niin helppoa etta mihinkaan ei ole pitka matka. Hostelli on ihan ok, nukutaan 8 hengen dormissa. Se on vaan rankkaa et ei paase paikkareille ku huoneessa ei tosiaan paivalla voi olla. Hotellin esittely lupasi kyl 24h hot showers, mut ei sen suihkun tarttis kuitenkaan ihan polttavan kuuma olla! Our hostel is about a km or two from the Eiffel tower, but using the metro is so easy that nothing is far. Hostel is okay, were sleeping in a 8-person-dormitory. Its hard to not have a chance to take a nap since the hostel wont let people in the rooms during the day. The hostel introduction did promise a 24h hot showers, but the shower isn't supposed to be burning hot!Huolettaa vahan et rahat loppuu jossaki vaiheessa kesken, kun kaikki maksaa… Muuten kyl on menny ihan hyvin. Vasyttaa vaan… Mut on se siltiki aika siistia olla Pariisissa! Money is worrying a little bit, everything costs a lot! Otherwise everything's been good. Just a little tired… But its still pretty neat being in Paris!Ajateltiin kayda tosiaan viela siella eiffelilla, sit katakombissa, missa on miljoonien pariisilaisten luut sailossa kun hautuumaat joskus vuonna miekka alkoi olla hygieniariski. We were thinking about visiting the Eiffel again, then catacombs, which have the bones of the millions of Parisians stored in them coz the cemeteries in the year of the sword started being a hygienerisk.
