Today is my last day in San Jose before i go to my project in Matapalo. It was a very emotional last week! We went out for a meal on monday for Vicky's birthday with some of the people from the costa rican experience, so it was good to see them and then after we went to El Cartel for my house mate Caroline's last big night! Tuesday i was supposed to go out for a few drinks with caroline because it was her actual last night but i was way too tired and it turned out that she ended up missing the bus the next morning anyway and having to stay another night. I got a few good pics with my entire host familly, which was nice. Wednesday went to see hancock in spanish, managed to understand most of due to the fact id already seen it but i think it helped my spanish (also id missed the first half an hour the first time i saw it.) Thursday was our last day at school, it was a very emotional day lots of photos were taken and i want to thank Daniel for being such an awesome teacher! Thursday was also the final Castros night! What a sad day so many good nights at that place, i will always remember it! Friday i did a bit of souviner shopping and made sure i had everything sorted for the project. There was some big pilgramige going on through the streets thou whioch made it preety hard to get anywhere. Today I went canopying with Emma and Hannah. It was awesome! We started off small on just small zip lines, between 30m and 200m going through the rainforest canopy but by the end of it we were zipping along a 750m cable across a huge valley. Definatly a must do in costa rica. Tomorrow we leave by private bus to Matapalo, definatly going to be very sad to leave San Jose...
