The picture attached to this blog entry is not where I've been, or where I am right now. it is where I'm supposed to be. In Barcelona, Spain. But thanks to the volcanic ash that is billowing over from Iceland, most of Europe's airports are closed. So I'm stuck here in Salzburg, and my friend Mary is stuck over there in Barcelona. I wish I were stuck in Barcelona. That would be so much cooler than being stuck here.

Anyway, as far as travels go, I went to Budapest and Vienna, and also to London. Budapest might be my favorite city, maybe just because I'm partial to anything related to Hungarian culture. London was fun, except yours truly got a nice case of pink eye while all alone in a city which I'm fairly sure doesn't actually speak English. I could only understand people 20% of the time, I can't imagine how non-native speakers feel!

Anyway, that's all the updates for now. I'll keep everyone posted on whether a return trip to Barcelona will happen. I doubt it, because I don't have much time left here, and for that I'm quite sad.
