Well done on the Driving Test, I wouldn't like to have to go through that again either! Just been to Harvest Lunch at Dunscore Primary today and met Wilma Cook who was in the same housing complex as your Mum. She is dong fine and was asking for you - very interested to hear where you are at present. She could not believe you would be retiring at the end of this year - far too young!

We are going to a 60th birthday party this Saturday - seems no time since his 50th, frightening how the years pass but it has to be 10 I suppose......then Edinburgh on Sunday to stock up on Pearls and Beads for my Christmas show next month, it is my London supplier's twice yearly visit to Edinburgh. Meeting my pal Linda from Tranent and taking her with me to choose the ingredients for her next commission!!!! Also going to an exhibition of Inuit art at Royal Scottish Museum so a busy weekend ahead.

At last I've managed to get connected again. Great to catch up with you last week.

Theresa came over to watch my 2nd year dance on Friday. I think she sussed out very quickly the "wing" technique. She came with me to Eileens yummy mummy party. you have experienced the raffle- I got a Hof B vouchure and she got you some very nice wine glasses. £730 raised.

Going up to St Andrews to the Dunhill cup this weekend. Cousin Mary is harassing the celebs already.It was poor Ronan Keating she was chasing last year.He is still recovering!!Really excited about coming over, hopefully the airline won't collapse before we get there.

Seems ages since I sent a message. The French visitors were great, we enjoyed taking them out and about and eating too much good food! A week and a half to recover/get work up to date and now just back from 3 days taking Mum and Dad on a tour up the West Coast - Bute, Cowal, Kintyre, then across to Mull and on to Ardnamurchan. We got a brief window in the weather tho shame it rained all the way home yesterday. They really enjoyed what will be their holiday for this year and I did too. I have a student for 8 sessions from the Art College in Dumfries, starting tomorrow. Work experience - she will be watching me work and I also have to teach her enough to create a piece of jewellery in the 8 sessions! Wish me luck. I bet you are on countdown to Anne and Ian's visit now.

just back from Lake Garda. Superb chill out week. Hope your getting into a survival routine. Kids had a great visit with you. C'mon the Redskins. Mo going back to working 4 days a week!! She's OK with it and extra cash will help fund our trip withj you in the summer.
