Sorry you haven't been so well. Enjoyed looking at the photos-looks like fun. You seem to have been doing loads. fred and I went to budapest in Feb. - 5 star hotel with spa- it was great - nice city. Anne has been keeping me up to speed with your events and I have your e mail address - just not got round to using it yet! I am fine, very busy with work which is good, not managing quite so often to the gym but Anne and I had a good session on Sunday afternoon and a coffee and catch-up. Just home from Barbara d*** on concert at DG One, very good evening. Hectic social life at the moment as I am back there for Ballet on Saturday night and going to "The Reader" tomorrow night at the cinema.

It was so good to see you at the Girlie Lunch, life in USA is obviously agreeing with you! Happy New Year to you too, as you say, not a very rosy outlook but keep smiling and stay positive is all we can do. I am feeling great, having avoided all the nasty bugs going the rounds. I am back to Bannatynes with a vengeance, I manage 50 minutes most days - Anne and I are buddying when we can which is nice. We started to do that in the holidays and I have kept it up. There is a good reason, a wedding on the 7th February so DRASTIC action was required. However, my blue birthday dress fits and with a bit more work (and a quick spray tan) it will look good by 7th Feb! Looking forward to an overnight at Stobo a week on Monday - DBB and lunch and a massage for £119, January offer so very good deal I thought! Took me a while to get back into work after taking 2 full weeks off over Christmas/New Year, a first for me. Finally looking after myself, it's taken a while! Well done for signing up for the Breast Cancer walk - I'm proud of you and you can count on a contribution from me. Not sure if I will manage to do the 13 mile walk round Cumbrae this year for Breast Cancer, have to see if my friend Marion is free to do it this time as it would be good too. What a generous use of the gift too, you're a star.

Hi Helen!---as promised here is your 'welcome back to work message'!---yes we are all being the wee troopers and rolling out on Mon even tho we don't want to! It was fantastic to see you and you are looking so well! ----and yes I am still carrying on with my dot dot dots---I like them! Party season now finished so on the diet and going to try not to do cava during the week!

Hi helen!---yes I DID have your quote of the cava that night---and certainly felt it the next morning!!---but---I cant have been that bad as I managed to dial your number unaided!! Anyway, we are on for the evening of the 28th---with Isabel and Christine--Julie and Elaine cant make it---so I will absolutely have to have their cava!!

p.s.---can I wear a sparkly dress to your lunch?!!---I have bought 4 new ones that I havnt even worn ---so need an excuse!!! REALLY looking forward to seeing you--and p.s.-I still have that picyure of Daniel Craig as well---keeps me going!
