Daniel: Monday, Grand Canyon Day. We went on a bus trip to the grand canyon. On the bus my sun glasses fell off TWICE. It took about 5 minutes to get to the Grand Canyon. At the canyon,there was a pile of rocks shaped a pyramid. We hiked up the pyramid ( It took a couple of minutes!) we went downhill shuffling through crevasses to get to the bottom, though it was fun! Hi Room 11! Today I rode a bicycle over a gap on the 3rd story of the California Science Centre on a high wire. Getting to do this was a surprise from my mum...she didn't tell me about it first. You could make waves then see how the kelp actually stops all the sand from getting churned up when the waves crashed. Kelp is very important to the sea life.
