Today we went skiing! The mountain is only half an hour from Laura and Jan's house,but the drive was exciting because the road was really rutty and rocky and the car was weaving its back end about. The next day was Sunday and we were heading to Wanaka and it was very wet when we left Christchurch. We stopped at riccarton bush for our next kiwi guardians challenge. The bush was a wonderful place with lots of cheering chirping birds, and amazing curly vines. It had lots of tall kahikatea trees.
